Warranty and Terms & Conditions
By requesting service verbally, by appointment, or as a walk-in giving a device to a repairer you, the customer agrees to comply with the below-stated warranty terms and conditions. The customer acknowledges that Asuture Global & Asuture Cell Phone Repair and Accessories shall not be held liable for any damages or issues resulting from factors beyond our control or the customer’s non-compliance with the stated terms.
1. Warranty for Workmanship and Labor:
a. Asuture Global & Asuture Cell Phone Repair and Accessories (“Asuture”) provides a warranty on our repair services for a period of 7 days from the date of repair completion.
b. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and labor related to the specific repair conducted by Asuture.
c. If any issues arise during the warranty period due to the repair performed by Asuture, we will rectify the problem free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Routine Checks:
a. Asuture offers routine checks within the warranty period to ensure the effectiveness of the repair.
b. The customer must schedule and abide by these checks. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
3. Diagnostic Fee:
a. Asuture may impose a nominal diagnostic fee for complaints found to be unrelated to the original repair.
b. This fee will be refundable if the issue is found to be related to the initial repair covered by the warranty.
4. Evidence of Purchase:
a. Customers must provide valid evidence of the repair, such as a receipt or invoice, to validate warranty claims.
b. Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase may not be entertained.
5. Warranty Exclusions:
a. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, intentional damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any damage caused by the customer’s negligence.
b. The warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the specific repair conducted by Asuture.
c. Any repairs or modifications performed by a third party during the warranty period will void the warranty.
6. Limitations of Liability:
a. Asuture shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the repair services provided, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.
b. Asuture shall not be liable for any loss or damage to data stored on the customer’s device during the repair process. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up any important data before submitting the device for repair.
c. Asuture shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform repairs due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, or equipment failure.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
a. The customer must provide accurate and truthful information regarding the device’s condition, history, and any previous repairs.
b. The customer must inform Asuture of any issues or concerns with the repaired device within three [3] days of repair completion.
c. The customer must follow any post-repair care instructions provided by Asuture to maintain the integrity of the repair.
d. The warranty shall be void if the customer fails to follow the provided post-repair care instructions or engages in negligent use of the device, resulting in subsequent damage.
e. Asuture shall not be held liable for any damages or issues arising from the customer’s failure to adequately protect the repaired device from further damage or exposure to harmful elements.
8. Third-Party Products and Services:
a. Asuture shall not be responsible for any issues or damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, parts, or software on the repaired device.
b. The customer acknowledges that any recommendations made by Asuture regarding third-party products or services are provided as a courtesy and do not imply any endorsement or warranty.
9. Invalidating Warranty:
a. The warranty will be void if the device undergoes any unauthorized repairs or modifications by the customer or a third party during the warranty period.
b. The warranty will be void if the device shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or damage resulting from misuse or negligence not present during the original repair request.
10. Limited Transferability:
a. The warranty is limited to the original customer and is not transferable.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These warranty terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these warranty terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
12. Dispute Resolution:
a. In the event of a dispute arising from this warranty, the parties agree to undergo a neutral arbitration process prior to initiating court proceedings.
13. Modification of Terms:
a. Asuture reserves the right to modify or update these warranty and terms & conditions at any time without prior notice, The most current version will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
